Abstract
|
|
|
Spontaneous rupture of the uterus is one of the most formidable accidents resulting in rapid exsanguination and high mortality despite of prompt therapy and massive transfusion.
Maternal and fetal mortality were decreased due to obstetrical and hosalizational development. But it was important and difficult work in early deection, proper treatment, and prevention.
We present a case of spontaneous rupture of the uterus in 16 weeks of pregnancy with brief literature.
